Main Screen
The main screen shown below is
divided into three panels. The panel on the left shows the hierarchy of
projects that are in the library. The panel on the top right shows
all of the documents that are members of the currently selected project.
Notice the way you can double click on a document to drill-down in
place to all versions of that document. The panel on the bottom
right shows the documents in your local folders.

Add to Library Screen
The Add to Library screen provides you
with great flexibility when adding folders or documents to the
library. You can define your own set of inclusion and exclusion
rules to apply when adding to the library. Each set of inclusion
and exclusion rules that you define are automatically stored in one
of ten quick-pick slots to allow you to quickly select the set of
rules you need. Exclusion rules take precedence over inclusion
rules so you don't need to worry about conflicts.

Publish Edition / Supplement Screen
This screen lets you specify the
name of the edition or supplement that you want to publish, free-form
comments, and whether the new edition or supplement is to be based
on an existing edition and supplement profile. The profile options
that you select are used by the inference engine to mark up the
folders and document versions that you want to publish. When you
click on Show Details the main screen is re-drawn showing the
projects and document versions that the inference engine thinks
you want to publish. You can then make any alteration you wish
to these markings and then confirm the publication.

Main Screen - Publishing Mode
This is the main screen in publishing
mode. Notice the check boxes on the tree showing the projects that
will become part of the new publication. Notice how easy it is
to drill-down to an earlier version of a document and select it
for inclusion. You can select the same project in the library
root, in an edition, and in one or more supplements of an edition. In
this case precedence rules apply. Documents selected in a sub-project
of the library root take precedence over documents selected in
supplements. Documents selected in supplements take precedence
over documents selected in earlier supplements and the edition.
Context sensitive help is available for all toolbar and menu options.
Multi-line tool tips are available for all items in the library.
Just move the mouse over the item in any of the three panels and
wait for a moment.
